Our beautiful village provides independent living accommodation with both life rights and rental options.
Our independent accommodation consists of cottages or facebrick units.
Home-based care
Independent living and assisted living residents are able to contract additional home-based, palliative and step-down care services through our dedicated service offering.
Assisted living
In need of assistance and not full-time care? Assisted living units are supported by Care Services to allow you to still enjoy your independence with the peace of mind of supporting services included.
Frail care
Our large well-appointed frailcare rooms each offer ensuite bathrooms with expert nursing care and nutritious meal options. Our daily activities encourage movement, participation and stimulation of our residents.
Dementia suites - Coming soon
Dementia suites are based on the assisted living accommodation model and allow residents to reside in a suite consisting of a bedroom, ensuite bathroom and lounge whilst cared for by dedicated nursing staff and ongoing activities and stimulation programs.

Since 1992, Eden Park has stood as a family-owned and cared for retirement village, as much our home as for our residents.
