An inexpensive Life Right is the most affordable solution to enter a retirement village and to secure retirement accommodation for life.
All independent living accommodation houses at Eden Park are available on life rights.
Life Rights owners enjoy additional services such as meals, cleaning and laundry.
Additional services such as home-based care and more are available on request.
Life Rights is the option for you if you can afford an initial outlay to enjoy low monthly costs. This solution offers peace of mind and security, with a long-term investment saving you money over time.

Rental Options
Our rental options offer a quick path to move into Eden Park Retirement Village. Our rental options allow for increased financial freedom and reduce the day-to-day responsibilities of property ownership. Tenants are also provided with meals, cleaning and laundry with additional services available on request.
Renting is the option for you if you don’t want any long-term commitment.

Home-based care
With many choosing not to enter care facilities, but preferring support and care services in the comfort of their home, we offer various assistance packages up to 24-hour care for those in need of care.

Do I qualify for independent living?
Independent residents are mentally and physically capable of living alone. They are able to manage their health and need no additional nursing care or assistance with daily living.
On application, our head nurse will conduct an assessment which, together with a medical report from your doctor, will determine whether independent living is the best option for you.

Can residents go away for the weekend?
Residents are welcome to come and go as they please. We ask that they inform us if they intend to leave for more than a day.
Can residents have visitors?
Our residents can have guests, as long as they do not disturb the peace of the village.
How many visitors are allowed?
We do not have a limit on the number of visitors as long as they are not too noisy.
Can I have pets?
Pets are unfortunately not allowed at Eden Park.
What happens if someone in the village gets COVID?
We ask that the resident doesn’t mingle with his/her neighbours. Food is delivered outside their door and social distancing is maintained at all times, until full recovery.
Where do the residents quarantine in case of COVID?
COVID-positive residents must quarantine in their house.
When is assisted living an option?
A resident usually decides to move into assisted living when they need that little extra help, but are not yet ready for frail care. They have all of their meals cooked for them and can rely on the nursing staff to assist with the handling of medication, but are expected to be able to handle all basic daily life tasks on their own.
Independent living residents are able to live on their own, without any assistance.
